About the zine:

These days, it seems like the normal pace of life is about 10,000 miles per hour. We are racing through ridiculously long task lists that feel impossible to complete, sprinting from one calendar entry to the next, attempting to set world records for fitting as many errands as possible before picking kids up from school, and making sure it is all a nice balance of work and “life.” All the while, we're coping with a world that seems more turbulent and depressing by the minute. Perhaps my own desire for everything to just pause for a second was what woke me up one winter morning with the strangely strong urge to create this zine.

Be Still With Me features images that calm, comfort, and invite me to slow down. In sharing this zine with you, I genuinely hope it becomes a reason for you to take a pause and slow down when you need it too, even if only for a few minutes.
